These terms govern your use of Ethereal BodyLabs — the website, the installable web app and the iOS app. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You agree to give accurate account information and to keep it up to date.
Keep your password and sign-in method secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it.
Premium is a paid subscription. Prices, billing cadence and the length of any free trial are shown on the pricing page and at sign-up, and are charged in Australian dollars through Stripe. Unless cancelled, a subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Settings; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
If a payment fails we may suspend Premium access until it succeeds. Refunds are provided where required by the Australian Consumer Law and, at our discretion, where a charge was made in error. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
Do not use the app unlawfully, interfere with it or try to access another member’s data, share your account with others, scrape or resell the service, or upload content that is illegal or infringes someone else’s rights.
You own the records you create — workouts, nutrition, photos, bloodwork, doses and messages. You grant us a licence to store, process and display that content so we can run the app for you, including sending the relevant parts to our AI services to produce Alice’s coaching and summaries. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from copies that remain in backups for a limited period.
Ethereal BodyLabs is a training, nutrition and record-keeping tool. It is not a medical service, and nothing in it is medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment plan. Bloodwork, body composition and dose records store information you supply; they do not interpret it on behalf of a clinician.
Talk to a qualified health professional before starting a training, nutrition or supplement program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication. Stop and seek help if you feel unwell. In an emergency, contact your local emergency number.
Alice’s responses and the insights in the app are generated automatically and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. They are guidance to consider alongside your own judgement and professional advice, not a substitute for it. You remain responsible for the decisions you make about your training, nutrition and health.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Sign-in with Google or Apple is governed by those providers’ own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
We work to keep the app available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may add, change or retire features, and we may suspend the service for maintenance. If we discontinue the service entirely we will give reasonable notice so you can export your records.
The app, its design, the Ethereal Method and Alice’s coaching system are ours or licensed to us. These terms do not give you any right to copy, modify or redistribute them beyond normal use of the app.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms or use the app in a way that puts other members or the service at risk.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of that state have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these terms as the app changes. We will update this page and the date above, and material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
