We want you to be happy with Ethereal Bodylabs. If you are not satisfied with your purchase — whether a Premium subscription or an AI token top-up — you may request a full refund within 30 daysof the order date.

How to request a refund

Email support@etherealbodylabs.app from the address you used at checkout, including your order or subscription reference. We aim to process refund decisions within 3 business days. Purchases made through the Apple App Store are handled via Apple's own refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a Premium subscription at any time from the in-app billing page. Cancelling stops future renewals; any refund request for the most recent charge is handled under the 30-day guarantee above.

Free trial

New Premium members receive a 30-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends you will not be charged. If you are charged after the trial and change your mind, you may still request a refund within 30 days of that charge under this policy.

Statutory rights

This policy is in addition to any consumer rights you have under applicable law (including the Australian Consumer Law and, where relevant, EU/UK consumer protection rules). Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
